Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at ha8959204@gmail.com before sending the item. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom items, perishable goods, and certain hazardous or personal-care products are non-returnable. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
